What To Call Dad's So?

My mom is extremely ill with dementia and unable to attend our wedding. My dad will be there with his lady friend. He is quite clear that he's never marrying her, but they have been together a decade and my sister and I both really like her and consider her part of the family, even though she's not our mom. In the program, I will of course make mention of my mom, but want to incorporate Linda in some way, shape, or form. I thought out listing my mom as "mother of the bride" and Linda as "other of the bride" but is that offensive or as cute as I think it is? What have others done?

    I think "other of the bride" is cute, but I worry some people might not get it lol. If she's been in your life for ten years, would it be okay with her and your dad to refer to her as your step-mom?

    I think the Parents of the Bride and then just listing all three names would be a good work-around. I'd probably do your mom, then dad, then Linda.

    I think "other of the bride" is cute, as long as she would be ok with it and you all don't mind explaining it to anyone who would be confused by it. otherwise, I think Bonus mom would be a good alternative
