What time are you starting and ending your evening wedding?

Pre-ceremony champagne and music starts at 6, ceremony 6:30, cocktail hour at 7, and reception is from 8-12.

5:30 to 11:00pm

Doors open at 6:30, ceremony at 7:00, reception at 8:00 with 30 minute travel time in between, reception goes until 11.

We anticipate dinner taking 2-3 hours because of the number of courses we will be having and the intimacy of our wedding

Our ceremony is 3pm, then about a 35 minute drive to reception. Starting with cocktails from 5-6 and then dinner 6 with dancing to follow. Is that too spread out?

4:30-10pm

Ceremony starts at 7pm, everything ends at 12:30am

Our ceremony starting @ 3 and the reception starts @ 5 food serving @ 5:45 ends at midnight

Sounds like a good amount of time to me. Mine is in the same place. Starts at 6:30 and ends at 12:30. Hotel is 5 minutes from venue

Ceremony 4:00-5:00

Cocktails 5:01-6:00

Reception 6:01-11:00

Starts at 4:30 ends at 11.

Ours is 2-7 (5 hours). The wedding, cocktail hour and reception are all in the same venue but we're using 2 different spaces (ballroom and terrace).

The ceremony starts at 6:30 and ends at 7pm. And Cocktail hour is 7-8pm (same location) and reception is 8pm-12am ^_^

5pm dinner and dancing until 11pm

6 hours is plenty of time. We had our ceremony at 4 with family pictures at 4:30-5 (all other photos were taken earlier in the day). 5-5:20 was intros, our first dance, mother and son dance and then dinner was served at 5:30. Toasts at 5:50 and as of 6 the dance floor and photobooth were opened til 9. Most people were out around 8.

Now I feel like ours is going to be way too short - we've been thinking 5-9. I guess that should be 5-10 at the least.

6-10:30, all the same venue

2pm to 8pm on a Sunday. Same venue for ceremony and reception. However, we have the venue from noon to midnight.

7-midnight

Our ceremony starts at 4:30pm and cocktail hour/reception starts immediately after till about 9pm .All in the same place then since we are in Vegas party afterwards for who ever wants to.
