I guess I have different tastes than everyone else because I love your original color scheme. It reminds me of a field of wild flowers with your blush dress serving as the contrast, and I think that fits really well with a fall wedding. I would get some fabric samples from Azazie that match what you already have and play around with other rich dark tones to add that final layer for the guys. Of course, I’m picturing brown, which you said you can’t find, and navy, which you said you don’t like. 😂

So lol someone just posted this on Reddit, and it looks like her mixed bridesmaid color scheme is really similar to your colors. It has a dark green, purple, and that dandelion color instead of orange, so pretty close. Posting it here in case you find it helpful!

Thankfully if your girls already picked a style of dress most styles come in all the different colors they offer. I would incorporate the purple if you really want that in the flowers rather than the dresses.

So we managed to find a suit color that works with his. We did go with a darker grey that black Tie Formal Wear has for rent and sale. I managed to find some colors on Azazie that worked with the suit, my dress, and the flowers. I'm currently between terracotta or rust for the colors. I think both would work nicely and maybe I'll even do a mix, I have 4-6 girls, but I'm not sure.

That's true. I think I'm leaning towards rust over terracotta.

I'd for sure order swatches from Azazie before deciding which shade you're going with. The colors we were considering looked way different in person than they did online, and it would have been completely off if we'd just ordered what looked right from the website. Plus, if you have the swatches you can bring them along to look at how they'd work with different suit parings

Seconded on getting the swatches! MOH and I decided on a dress and we were all excited to order when the swatches came in and the colors were completely off! Even worse, the color that worked best wasn’t available for the dress we picked. So we were back to square one. 😭


I would recommend ordering multiple swatches in any other colors close to rust and terracotta so you have the full spectrum to look at in person. I think they’re like $2 each, so totally worth the cost to make sure you’re getting what you want.
