What should my Man of Honor wear?

I am having my best friend (who is a guy) be my Man of Honor, in place of the Maid of Honor. I am trying to decide on what would be best for him to wear. It will be an outdoor summer wedding, so the guys will be wearing vests instead of tuxes. I am trying to decide how to do the color coordinating with the guys to match the bridesmaids, but also want my Man of Honor to match the bridesmaids, but yet stand out from the other guys. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Having no idea what the BN's or groomsmen are wearing, it's hard to make a suggestion.

The guys will have camouflage vests. And the bridesmaids and flower girls will be a variation of mint green and coral pink. Haven’t entirely narrowed down who is in what. It will be a combination of the 2 colors for the ladies though. So I would like him to match with my girls

He could wear a mint green vest and the same pants as the groomsmen (you didn't say what that would be). Given that the groomsmen are wearing a print, I would stay away from a print shirt.

Still kind of just throwing ideas around with colors for everyone. I’ll have 2 flower girls, and 1 ring bearer. Trying to decide what will look best for the color combinations because the guys wanna do camouflage and I want mint and coral for my ladies, the kiddos, and man of honor. Just not sure what variation would work best. Which is why I am looking for suggestions!
