What order is the garter toss in?

Usually they have the bride toss the bouquet, he takes off the garter, throws it, then the catcher of each one goes to the dance floor

Brides does bouquet first. Then, she sits down while the grooms takes off her throw garter. The other one stays on her until they get to their wedding night.

I didn't care for the garter crap but my FH really wanted us to do it. So, we are.

We will throw the garter and bouquet but I'm not making two strangers dance together or have a groomsmen put my garter on someone else. I drew the line there. I would hate that and I don't expect anyone else to be any different.

I feel like sometimes people DON'T want to participate in the bouquet/garter toss because they're afraid they'll have to do something embarrassing.

Can you toss a replacement bouquet? I wanna keep mine, dry them and frame it in a shadow box.

Ask your florist or make an extra if you are DIYing. My florist is doing both a toss bouquet and my actual bouquet that I will keep. So, your answer is "yes." LOL.

If I threw my bouquet, I'd knock a bitch out. I have a brooch bouquet that already weighs 6 pounds and it's not even 1/2 way finished.
