Not crazy at all. Many brides on offbeatbride.com have worn bold color dresses and looked stunning. White and cream are not flattering on me so I will probably wear something bold/dark..fitting in with my general aesthetic

Nope, not crazy at all. I’m wearing a non-white dress as well. You should check out some of the “alternative bride” Instagram pages if you are looking for inspiration- lots of alternative colors, styles, etc. Some of them not even in dresses. I don’t think a woman should have to wear a big white dress or veil to feel like a bride- she should just wear whatever she feels beautiful, comfortable and confident in.

Not at all. I even think it’s great! A friend of mine got married in red old fashioned dress. It was hugeeee. It was breathtaking ❤️

I don't think you're crazy and I think this is much more common than you think and than wedding forums/social media/Pinterest portray. Give yourself permission to get married in any outfit you like and stop worrying about what others think or do.

Not at all - in fact that is quite economical. wedding dresses can cost A LOT. i've friends who spent $1000 or more on theirs and they never wear it again
