What length veil? Picture included.

What length are you leaning more towards ?

Of course you have a choice. Here are all the different lengths:

My dress has similar applique detailing on the skirt, just not as detailed of a back and I chose the chapel length veil. Most veils are pretty sheer so you can still see through them. I also plan on taking it off halfway through the after ceremony pictures and keeping it off for the reception.

Shoulder to waist... maybe to finger tip... But it seems like the shorter lengths will interrupt the flow of the dress. The model never has a veil and I can't find images of an actual bride wearing my dress -- it's a new style.

Do you have a picture of you trying the veil on with your dress? I'd love to see it!

What about floor length? Chapel? Its not too long. I honestly feel like maybe googling photos of "veils on a line wedding dresses" may help you with what you would like your vision to be. I have seen some very cute fingertip veils on dresses like yours but its what your vision is honestly.

If you don't want it in the way of the dress at all, blusher/birdcage as was earlier suggested would work. I also think down to your waist would be beautiful, just keep the designing on the veil to a minimum so everyone can still see how beautiful the dress design is all on its own!

They gave me a standard cathedral veil with rhinestones. I might have to go back just to play with veils... hmmm.

I've started googling dresses with veil combinations to try to get a better idea... So .. many.. choice. My brain is getting tired of making choices. lol!

I'm looking at birdcages too! I figure might as well explore a bunch!

This isn’t a great photo (ignore my photobombing sister), but you can see the appliqués in the skirt of my dress through my veil! Plus when I’m walking, the veil will be trailing behind me more anyways so they’ll be more visible. Hope this helps!
