Hey ladies! I am not very experienced with weddings and am turning to you all for advice. What type of veil would you pair with this dress? Also, any ideas on hair? Down or up?!

Your dress is stunning! I would wear a shorter veil to show off the dress personally. As far as hair, are you going to be outside? In July I’d expect it to be hot and would probably wear my hair up.

Thank you both so much! The designer is Vagabond and this is the Atlantis gown from their first collection - in white with stone lining Smiley smile

I absolutely looooovvvveeee your dress! It is gorgeous! I would do either fingertip length or a plain chapel or cathedral length one going just past your train. I bet your hair would look beautiful either way, but which way are you more comfortable in? I’m going with an updo so it will stay put and out of the way for dancing.

Wow, your dress is so gorgeous! I think an updo would look great with it, and a simple fingertip veil as PP suggested Smiley heart

Dynamite dress!!! I think a fingertip would be perfect with that dress. It’ll frame your silhouette beautifully. Try a thin ribbon edge, and a raw cut edge, then decide. That lace is too unique to try and match, plus lace might take away from the dress.

I’m not sure how long your hair is but I think down with one side up.

Your body looks bangin in that dress! I would do a low braided bun and a plain cathedral. It will not hide the dress but add dimension.

I would do a cathedral veil and make it really dramatic.

As for the hair, with a dress with such gorgeous detailing...i'd wear the hair up to really showcase everything.

By the way you look stunning...like breathtakingly so! People are going to be wowed.

Your dress in incredible! I would recommend a very simple fingertip length veil unless you can find a cathedral length with lace trim to match your dress for added drama.

Ah there's a lot of options with such a stunning dress! You could do an updo with a bird cage to really emphasize the dress, you could do finger tip veil with half up half down for a very sweet and more traditional look, you could do a very long cathedral veil and with any style hair and be very dramatic.
I'm a sucker for bird cage with a bun to showcase the lace.

I would do either a very sheer long veil to match the formality of your dress without taking away from the beautiful details, or if I had to have any design to the veil I’d go with a light sprinkling of white flower petals on it. Something quiet and understated because that dress steals the show!
