Hey all! This may sound silly but I need advice on plates for a buffet. What would you rent? One big plate for everyone with some extra plates just in case, or would you order an averaged sized plate + a salad plate + a dessert plate for each person? We are having a gelato bar so I don't feel we need the dessert plate but I guess I'm just unsure about the salad plate. I never thought I would give so much thought over plates!
