What is your first dance song?

FH and I are huge Christ Stapleton fans - in fact, he was the first thing we ever bonded over when we initially met. Our first dance is "Tennessee Whiskey"

We are a blended family that you could consider lower middle class. Therefore we will be dancing to "Danny's Song" by Loggins & Messina, because it just fits us so well.

My FH is very into oldies and 1950s music, so we picked "Only You" by The Platters. It seemed very unique and it was special to us.

Ours is "If It Means A Lot To You" by A Day To Remember. It holds a lot of meaning for us and our relationship.

We're not big dancers, so still tossing around the idea of if we want to do a first dance or not.. but, if we do it will be to "Beautiful Crazy" by Luke Combs.

We are also big Frank Sinatra fans but we aren't big dancers so we didn't think we could pull that one off haha. We considered "The Way You Look Tonight"

We went with Kiss Me by Sixpence None the Richer. A local band was covering it during our first date and we started kissing so it's totally our song.

We had the HARDEST time figuring this out! We'd pick something, and then a friend would use it for their wedding. Or we'd pick something, and then get sick of it a week later (looking at you, Ed Sheeran!) We ended up going with "Someone Like You" by Van Morrison. Super sweet, not as long as "Tupelo Honey" (one of our original songs) and was classic enough that all ages seemed to respond. But most importantly, we both LOVE the song.

'With Me" by Sum 41 : ) Gives us all of the feels, plus we will be taking dance lessons so that we can swirl and twirl all around, not choreographed in a sense, but just a put together formal dance with twirls and dips

We're going with "Baby I'm Yours" by Arctic Monkeys. We saw them in concert on the same trip where we got engaged, so it felt appropriate.

"beer with jesus" by thomas rhett. it's an inside joke. we had that picked out like immediately. we're struggling on the rest of the music though, no idea what i'll be walking out to.

We're thinking of Love Someone by Lukas Graham.
We're unsure if we want to do the traditional first dance.

All Yourn by Tyler Childers. He hasn’t done an album cut of it yet but hopefully he will before 7/25/2020.

Alternate options are Millionaire by Chris Stapleton or Pay No Rent by the Turnpike Troubadours. Feathered Indians by Tyler Childers was another contender but due to the risqué content in parts of it, that one might be awkward with our children, parents and grandparents there watching us, LOL.
