What is the correct amount ??

Yesterday went to a venue and the coordinator wrote of this amount for every this is her math (picture below) I'm currently creating my own package and everyone in my family has gotten completely different numbers and I followed how the coordinator did the math
*day of 500
*Decor 1500
Photos 900
DJ 500
Catering 1100
Venue rental 1600
All of these above you have to add tax the venue rental has no tax
I got $6,471.25
What did you get ??

4500 (amount of every except the rental fee )
4500 X .0825 (tax is 371.25)
371.25+4500=4871.25 (next add rental fee)
****= 6,471.25

Tax is different in every state so I'm not sure how we're expected to calculate this for you.

Not knowing the situation it seems she just rounded up her numbers? I personally would plan for the higher amount and hope for the lower.

The math works out if she added 15% to the catering amount and tax is 8.25%.

The total is $6,100 so an extra $370.25 makes sense for taxes & service charges & tip. I'd just ask her for an itemized digital quote.

When I added the amounts listed above (without venue & tax) I got the amount of $4500 - however the coordinator shows the amount of $4660. I would see what the discrepancy is on that figure as that would determine the taxable amount (as the venue isn't taxable), and then add $1600 for venue.

Where is the 4660 coming from? That amount does not add up correctly according to the other breakdowns.
