Some things are obvious, but when eating at a salad bar, what does your plate consist of? Thank you for your help!

The fucking croutons from Ruby Tuesdays. I don't know what kind of bread they are but they are so damn good.

I don't eat tomatoes or cucumbers. So I substitute it with fruits. So strawberries, grapes, those dry fruit and nuts packets and cheese. Italian dressing

Love when they have sunflower seeds! Also- beans, bacon, chopped boiled eggs, black olives, cucumbers, croutons, cheese, bell peppers, craisins, feta, tortilla strips, Mandarin oranges, chopped ham, chopped salami, avocado, poppy seeds, the choices are endless! Look up some salads on restaurant menus to get more ideas!

Ummm. I dunno if anyone else has said it. But definitely add tons of bacon, cheese, and croutons. Hell. Just put those on a plate with a ton of ranch. Smiley winking

My salads usually consist of chicken, mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumbers, and sometimes parmasian cheese, with oil and vinegar as dressing. My salads are usually healthy, lol.

Spinach. I'm allergic to lettuce. Like throats swells and can't breath.
