What is a reasonable price for a wedding venue? I don't know if I am being screwed over or not????

Thanks ladies you have been a big help. I will try to look everywhere before settling with one venue.

Mine is almost $16,000 but it includes a lot. Food, cake, linens and 3 hours of unlimited bar service. This price is reasonable for my area (los angeles).

Forgot to mention that the venue rental is for 6 1/2 hours

Our venue price is $4900 for 75 guests for 6 hours. That includes appetizers, entrees, non-alcoholic drinks, tables, chairs, linens, center pieces, and the dance floor. We will be having more than 75 guests so we have to pay $38 for each additional guest. Also, we are having an open bar (beer, wine, and champagne only) and that will be an extra cost. I’m thinking that after all the extras & the tax + gratuity we will end up paying around 7-8k for everything. Which is a decent price for my area (Southern California).

The cost really depends on your location & amount of guests.
