Google isn’t my friend right now. Is this the same as a fitting? I have an appointment with the seamstress tomorrow to get a consultation and then if their price is do-able then I’ll book them for my dress alterations.
So what happens at a consultation then? They’ll have to look at the dress to decide what work needs to be done in order to give me a quote right? Do I have to change into the dress and bring my shoes like it’s being altered? Or can I just take my dress out of its bag and show them? I know they would have to see the dress in order to give me a quote on hem since it’s based on fabric and layers.
I have the shoes and undergarments, I’m just not sure I need that for this. Any bride know?
