Did any of you get a heads up that any unused $25 rewards were expiring in March and the rewards program was over? Email? Message through the website?

I went in today and *poof* $50 worth of rewards gone!

Bad move WW!

I had 2 vendors that never confirmed so I never got any rewards. But no heads up it was ending either or I would have followed up with them sooner ☹️

I can't imagine how many people lost their rewards. I certainly booked vendors by looking here first and the rewards did have an influence. Smh.

I booked 2 more people and both rewards showed as "expired" rather than redemable, even though my vendors accepted me as well. Super frustrating.

I can see it being limited in terms of offering the rewards for the vendors booked by a certain date, but these were rewards already granted and there was no expiration date associated with them when they were issued.
Otherwise I would have cashed them out right away. Definitely wrong.

If they already issued the visa card I believe you're ok. But if they were seating waiting to be redeemed they're now "expired". But there wasn't a reedem by date or anything indicating that the rewards will expired if not redeemed by a certain date.

Hi Anna, since the promotion is now done I don't see an option for it on the app. Maybe it is only visible through a PC, but it is a tab that says rewards.

Thank goodness I got mine and used it for Amazon fairly quickly. Not a good move to not notify people that this program was temporary and was expiring!

It was written in the promotion's rules and regulations. I'm really sorry that you lost those rewards though 🙁
