What goes with Teal/Turquoise?

Angelica, on August 29, 2010 at 10:47 AM Posted in Planning 0 13

I was thinking about use like yellow or orange...but I'm not sure if they would look good together. Then I was thinking about either a green color because we are having a beachy themed wedding. But I'm really confused on how it would all look together. So I was wondering what you ladies think would look good together with teal/turquoise?

I agree with silver. Especially is you go with turquoise. Think about it in its gem state, it is always set in silver. Sometimes, with coral as a side stone. So, I vote for silver :-)

@SuchaDive, they are really nice colors

@ztkyz, FH won't let me do pink at all. He said none of the guess in the wedding party wont wear it. I wish I could do it.

Teal with an orange, like above, or just a sand/tuape color and white.

@Angelica i wanted black and pink but fh said he wasn[t wearing anything pink. So now I am stuck with the depressing colors red and black that he picked. I think they are for the winter.

But you should do silver it will look great.

I am also having a beachy wedding and we have turquiose as our main color and 2 of my bridesmaids, the MOH is in "guava" from davids bridal which is a pink, with brown for the guys and the guava and a orangey color for the flower girl.

golds, dark yellow, orange, brown, etc.. go really well with it. or even other blues. we considered another blue. I had to fight for the pink color, so I can't have much. I saw pics of my friends beach wedding in Mexico and she did turquiose and blue for the guys (they were 2 of each) and 2 pink and 2 orange BM. Her dress was white with a orange sash and most of the flowers were blues, yellows, oranges.. it looked BEAUTIFUL!

The possiblities are endless, but as said befor it comes down to the feel of it. The atmosphere you want to create.
