What does your veil look like

I’m not a fan of blushers, but if you like it then I think you should absolutely wear it!
My dress is a ball gown style with no train so I am wearing a long cathedral length veil to give me some train.

I wore my mom's veil - which is three layer, lace-edged, and cathedral-length. One of the layers was a blusher and I wore it down the aisle, and then he moved it back before the ceremony. I could see fine, the pictures look great with the blusher on coming down the aisle.

My friend did a drop veil which was lovely and she had a mermaid. She entered with it over her face and then laid it behind her afterwards. My veil is also cathedral but I wanted a mantilla style (nod to me being a Spanish teacher lol) because I was not a fan of blushers or a drop veil. Not that I think they're ugly but I did not want for me. I will post below from my phone.

I didn't go for a blusher because I'd worry about makeup transfer. And we'll be outside so the shorter fabric would blow around if there's wind.

I made my own veil but I don't suggest it. For the overall cost in supplies, it would have been cheaper to buy one on Etsy (great selection and SO much more affordable than the bridal salon)!

Yeah I think that is better. Basically my friend what you said above where she wore it over her face when entering with her dad then pulled it back. Hers looked just like this:
