I think the sleeves would be a nice touch and will look very lovely. The silhouette is nice.

I think you look absolutely amazing and the silhouette of the dress might not be as pretty with sleeves. If you feel more comfortable with sleeves do it, but know it is not needed because you look gorgeous exactly how the dress is

I know nothing about adding sleeves to a wedding dress, but wanted to tell you that dress looks amazing on you; it is absolutely gorgeous. Get sleeves if that will make you more comfortable because you should feel your most beautiful, but no one will be looking at your arms, just beautiful you.

LOVE this dress. i say dont add sleeves because its already flattering but if your heart desires that then it can be done!
