What do i wear?!?

Maggie, on January 18, 2020 at 9:29 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 9
My MOH is planning my bachelorette party but I only know the state and the date: nj mid March this year. I showed her a few cute dresses and she said 1. No white 2. No dresses. Think cute comfy instead of hobo comfy. Something you can wear inside and outside. I have no idea what to wear for this, these are a few shirts I think might work. Help!

Might be a little chilly in NJ in mid March, maybe some cute sweaters?

I’d wear something you can layer. Agree that it will likely be a bit cold in NJ mid march. A cute top with a cardigan, or whatever your style is. I live in Mass, and it can still snow for us through March. Diff state, but not too far away from Jersey.

I'm more a dress person but it looks like your MOH said no dresses?? Weird thing to recommend.

I like the tops you picked with jeans and a cute jacket

I am actually planning what to wear to my bachelorette right now (it's in Scottsdale in 2 weeks) and I am doing graphic tee with a skirt and a short sleeve jumpsuit for the daytime events. Taking a denim jacket in case it's cold. At night I am dressing for colder weather with wrap dresses and heeled suede boots.

I honestly think it’s some type of camping weekend as most of us are outdoorsy people so hence no dresses. I have cute dark blue boots and I’m bringing a pair of tan heeled boots and a cute dress in case we DO go out somewhere. I have a cardigan sweater I can wear over a nice top for colder weather What do i wear?!? 3

Yeah it depends where in NJ but definitely can still be snowing that weekend. They also said not everything is planned yet and to pack for “indoor and outdoor activities”

OOO okay for camping I would do some cute thermals or plaid shirts with leggings/jeans and the cardigan and boots you have. Bringing a nice dress just in case is good too Smiley smile

The no dress rule is really weird. I’m also from NJ and know how crazy the weather can be, so without having more information it’s going to be really hard to choose something to wear. Maybe you could ask her to pick something out for you since she clearly doesn’t want you wearing traditional bachelorette party attire.
