I have asked before, but wanted to ask a little differently this time. Just looking for a variety of ideas! Trips are unfortunately out of the question. TIA!

My MOHs have already started asking me for ideas about what I want to do even though the wedding is still over a year away. So far they have come up with: winery tour and tasting, striptease/belly dance/burlesque class, painting/crafting and drinks (I'm sure there are places all over the country, we have pottery, painting, DIY projects), scavenger hunt, ghost tour, archery range, fondue dinner.

My FH has also mentioned he wants to do something combined, so MOHs and I were thinking about doing something just the girls earlier in the day and meeting up with the guys for dinner, drinks, and dancing. I also found an afternoon activity for all of us I thought might be fun - Archery Games in Denver - which is essentially dodge ball with bows and foam-tipped arrows.

Our plans haven’t been finalized but we are doing a paint and sup which is popular in my area. It’s where you go and someone teaches you how to paint a picture and you can drink while you do it. And then after we are having dinner, going bar hopping, coming back to the hotel for fun games and possibly a stripper or we might go to a show sometime during the night.

It would help to know where you live as trips are out of the question, but here are some idea I gave to my MOH:

    paint Nite

BM vs GM if you want to do a hen and stag night together- have it be a battle of the two groups in things like board games, laser tag, go karts, paint ball, drinking games, etc

    Spa day

    vineyard/ winery tour

aquarium if there’s one near you

dressing up fancy for a night in the nearest city/ center of town

at home nostalgia night- play all of your fave songs from middle school/ high school and watch old movies

to piggyback on that- late ole night in general

go to a Hoe down (western theme night out)

    bonfire/ luau

go to a really nice restaurant that you’ve always wanted to go to

    I've been to a bowling/mini-golf/dinner thing.

My girls are looking for suggestions. So I mentioned a pool party.

We are either doing a duel piano bar or getting mani and pedi with whine.

Hey Brooklyn, did one of the ideas here work for what you're planning? How are the plans coming along?

I honestly have no idea what they're planning, except that it's supposed to be an all-day thing. I have no idea what we're doing during the day (maybe beach? I hope they tell me to buy a new suit if that's the case!) but I do know I was told to get a cocktail dress for later in the evening.

We are going on a weekend trip to Portland, ME, which I know you said is out of the question, but some of the fun activities that I have heard we are doing are:

Oyster shucking, vineyard, sailboat cruise, pole dancing class, having a chef come in and cook a nice meal for everyone, and I believe we are also doing something at a spa.

As the MOH for my sister, she didn't want a trip or even a party so she and I went to the spa for a day and relaxed. It was perfect and just what we needed in the midst of planning both our weddings.

We're doing a wine tour (and lunch at the winery), then boards games and drinks in the evening. Keeping it very low-key!

If I didn't live in FL I would have definitely done a vineyard or something like that and made a day trip of it. We are doing a beach house for a weekend but since trips aren't an option I would look at fun things in your town. I know a lot of people that chose to just bar hop, vineyards, a tour, day cruise lots of options depending on where you are!

We were originally going to just rent a hotel room and chill just us girls but we decided instead that we were going to the casino instead. So it'll be gambling and drinking all night for us!!
