What details to you go over with a detailing appointment with the venue

Our venue emailed me and asked to make a detailing appointment. We picked a date and I asked exactly what details we're going over so I make sure i'm prepared about everything. They just emailed me back and said "Just some details about your wedding!" Obviously, that is not helpful at all. What did you discuss with your venue around this time? I want to email them back to try and get more info but if it's just a simple meeting I don't want to be annoying.

For mine I had to know my finalized meals, the table set ups....what I'm renting...

I don't know if yours does this....
How many votives on each table
Where to put the candy buffet
Where my dj would set up
What color linens I wanted
If I was bringing toasting flutes
My day of timeline.

For mine they wanted to know if we were having a Dj or band, how we wantes the room layout to be, about how many guests, sit down dinner or buffet, just think about the layout and a time line, where guests would enter, where the restrooms are located are the restrooms only for you're guests ... really as many details big or small I even asked where the wait staff enters from and how do thwy clean up after dinner, I didn't want them walking through the dance floor with food pans from the buffet.
