Venue for sure. We viewed two venues on the same day. After the second, we went back the first, selected a date and paid the deposit.

I picked my MOH immediately. She is my best friend since we are four years old!! There is no doubt in my mind that she is the right person to be by my side on my wedding day!

Venue - when I saw it, I knew it was the place I wanted to unite my life with his. We visited several other places (to make him happy) but I just knew!

I would say selecting a DJ took the shortest time. FH knew exactly who he wanted to use and I went with it because he hasn’t asked for much regarding the wedding

I knew who all of my bridesmaids would be the second I got the ring! After that it was colors and location. To be honest I had been planning our wedding the day we started dating

My dress. I have wanted to wear my Grandma's dress since I was a little girl so it was a no brainer. I wrote to my Great Aunt (her sister) for her blessing to alter it to fit me (I'm a little taller and more endowed than Grandma was) the day after I got engaged. Everything else was planned around the dress.

I knew from the start who my MOH was she did too! Well I have 2 songs for our first dance the first one is call You by Jesse Powell and the 2nd song is for us to dance with my kids because my FH will be a step-dad is All My Life by KC and Jo-Jo. Ive always said if I was to get married it would be in the Fall and my colors would be Fall colors

We already had an idea that we'd probably do blue and fall for our wedding and who our MOH/BM would be before we were even engaged, but I gotta say it was the dress. I went shopping two weeks after he popped the question because my sister happened to be in town (it was December 23). It was the last dress I tried on at the appointment but I certainly wasn't expecting to buy a dress that quickly! And take it home off the rack, no less on sale! (people still give me crap over this to this day but whatever)
