What Color Tie?

Hi all! Here is a pic of the navy suit FH will be wearing...we are struggling so hard on what tie color to wear. His groomsmen are wearing a tie similar in color to the one he is wearing here. Should he wear a dark gray tie, a navy tie that matches the suit, or something else? Any opinions welcome - thank you!

I like the color! If the groomsmen are in a similar color, you could even do a patterned tie for your FH!

What are your wedding colors? I am having the guys wear a grey suit with a navy tie, and the girls wear a navy dress. Personally, I'd like a gray tie with the navy suit shown - not navy on navy. But it's all about your preferences!

Our wedding colors are purple and green. I like the idea of the gray tie with the navy suit - do you think it would look best with 3.25 width tie or 2.5 width? I know nothing about this stuff haha!

Lol it is so tough! Well in the picture I think it’s a 3.25 but the internet said it shouldn’t be thicker than the thickest part of his lapel and it definitely is so 🤷🏽‍♀️
