What color suit with my lace suit?

I think a classic black tux or suit would be good with that. Can’t go wrong with it

I think you guys'll look great if you wear that and he wears a black suit/white shirt (just make sure it's *white* not ivory, etc.). He could also wear a dark gray if that's his preference

I agree with the classic black tux or suit for him -- it will be a beautiful balance with the texture and pattern of your suit. (I probably wouldn't do anything textured for him -- you don't want the two suits together to become too much.) Also, as one of the people who commented on your earlier lace-choice post, I LOVE your final choice! Great idea having your tailor help with the selection -- I think the chosen lace still has a strong pattern, but will be much easier to work with than your other leading contender! Congrats! I can't wait to see pictures when it's all done.

That suit is amazing! I think having him in a traditional black suit/white shirt would look nice, although it might be kind of cool if his shirt had a lace/other texture so he'd have a little bit of that too. If he wanted something just a little bit flashier (or if you want it for him) I think something like this would look cool, and it'd be perfect for a winter wedding.
