I went for a more natural color, sort of a pinkish nude. I planned on using a matte liquid lip, but after I filled my lips in with my Kylie lip liner, I decided I liked how simple and natural it looked just wearing that

A little bit more bold than normal. I am going do this darker pink lip that i bought on a whim and it turned out to be perfect.

I picked up 6 different colors from ulta, each a different brand. I tried each one on & wore it around the house to deliberate which formula I preferred. Once I figured out which formula was my favorite, I narrowed the colors down. I chose the Morphe's Matte Liquid Lipstick in the color Vanity. It's a mauve which is what I like on me. Next step is to wear it out to an event where we'll take photos so I can see what it looks like on!

One of my girlfriends got married in October and had a Nightmare Before Christmas "themed" wedding. Everything was very tasteful. For her makeup, she had bold dark eyes with a bright purple lip andddd oooOoOoh it looked SO good. I gave her mad props for pulling such a statement look off for her wedding.

Very good question... I really haven't thought about this yet, but maybe some kind of berry shade. Maybe a deep purple or red.
