I think rose gold sounds like it would be nice

I love silver. I think it is personal preference.

Gold looks best on people with warm undertones, silver on people with cool undertones. If neutral, both look nice.

My wedding colors have gold in them but all my jewelry will be silver as gold doesn't work for my skintone. My bridesmaids and groomswoman will have gold jewelry as it works for them.
I say go with whatever looks good for each person if you are ok with everyone not matching. If you prefer silver but are ok wearing gold and think it looks better with the outfit go for it. Maybe get a swatch of your dress fabric and hold it up to any jewelry you are considering to make sure the color works.

I prefer silver. I didn't really enforce the must wear silver jewelry. I did have some ask about jewelry so I recommended silver since I asked them all to wear silver heels.

Daughter's dress was ivory over pale gold and her BMs wore forest green. Her accent colors were champagne and blush pink. She bought necklace and earring sets for the BMs to wear. They had pale pink Swarovski crystals and came with either silver or rose gold chain/settings. She originally considered the rose gold thinking it better "matched" her colors, but they looked much prettier with the silver settings so she went with those. Honestly, in the photos you can barely notice they are wearing jewelry and the silver looks fine. I'd go with what you like better/think looks better on you. Good luck!
