What color clutch?

Maybe a silver one or sequined. White would be alright. Like you said, your use for it would be pretty minimal and hence out of sight.

I think a metallic color would look nicer than white or pink. But it's only to hold bathroom stuff and won't be in pictures so it would be better for you to choose something you'd possibly use again.

Borrow one. There's got to be an unused white purse from another bride. Shoot, not everything needs to be new (or white) on wedding day. I personally find make-up bags super cute and inexpensive. If you want to indulge, I say white pearl, beaded or silver sequins you can find affordably on Lulu's, Amazon, Shein, or end of summer sale.

At first I thought it would be cool if the color of the clutch matched the color of the shoes, but it seems the dress is a little longer to see them so maybe it will match the color of the bride's bouquet? About the material... let it be eco-leather. Btw I'm in love with your tattoo

I would do a soft gold.

Silver, dusty rose, or maybe blue (could be your something blue)
