I’m in the middle of planning my wedding (it's so exciting but so much work too, lol). As we get deeper into the details, I realize how much the little things, like equipment choices, actually matter — especially when it comes to food service!
For one of our recent family events (sort of a trial run for the wedding), we used a commercial-grade food warmer from Wilprep. Honestly, I didn’t expect to care much about "behind-the-scenes" tools, but having hot food ready all the time made such a huge difference for our guests. It really kept things smooth without needing to run back and forth to the kitchen!
We also looked into renting additional equipment like beverage dispensers and portable warming trays from local vendors — I was surprised by how many rental companies offer short-term rentals for just a weekend or even a day.
Now I’m curious:
🔹 If you already had your wedding, what equipment or setup really saved the day for you?
🔹 If you’re planning like me, what are you considering for food service and guest comfort?
🔹 Did anyone else mix personal gear + rental equipment?
Would love to hear your tips — I'm learning so much from everyone here!
