I'm using The Boy I'm Gonna Marry to walk down the aisle to, our first dance will be Say You Won't Let Go by James Arthur, and I think my father/daughter dance will be To Sir, With Love.

Oh, this is one of my favorite parts of wedding planning! I love it so much that I can't make up my mind...

We're having a religious ceremony, so I do know that our opening hymn will be "I Bind Unto Myself Today," which is a setting of a poem by St. Patrick. We will also have the John Rutter setting of "For the Beauty of the Earth" at some point, and I really want "Ave Maria" as well.

Reception is so much harder...all I know for sure right now is that my Dad and I are dancing to the Bobby McFerrin version of "Hush Little Baby." First dance is harder...FH wants something we can rock out to (mostly because his version of dancing involves a lot of jumping) while I'd rather do a slow dance (because my dress is heavy and jumping up and down is not necessarily going to work well).

FH is a classical pianist and so I get to hear him practice. I loved the song "Do you?" by Yiruma, and I like it for a wedding because I plan to answer, "I do!" That will be the professional. For our recessional, I really want "Send Me On My Way" by Rusted Root but FH is fighting me on it :-p. He says it's "too overdone" (???)
