What are you doing for your guest book/guest record?

I was hoping to do something a little more creative than a book. I have some ideas but I just really don't know. What are you all doing??

We are going to make a photo guest book with our engagement photos through Shutterfly. That way we can display and have them as a keepsake and also have our guests sign and write messages in there too.

What are you doing for your guest book/guest record? 1 We are having everyone sign our guitar that we bought. The butterfly represents me and he loves to play guitar so it was a very unique way to share our favorite things. It will hang on our wall next to our wedding picture. We are getting a little engraved piece to put on the guitar below the butterfly that will have our names and wedding date.

I plan on doing the Jenga pieces with a paint pen. It will be my family’s Jenga game and when ever we play, I’ll get to read the comments and names and be reminded of our special day.

That's a cute idea. I've never heard of that before. We may have to steal this idea. We have a massive guest count and I don't know what we're going to do for our guestbook.

We bought a copy of the Strange Planet comics book that just came out. People will have to find their favorite comic and sign it. It's the comic with the blue aliens that is HUGE all over social media. My fiance and I have been following the artist since the comics started.

I do love the polaroid idea, though!

I am going to make a quilt! I first saw the idea on Etsy, but since I like to quilt anyways I am going to make it myself.

The picture is where I got my inspiration from.

We did a personalized puzzle! which was a really great idea but it was poor execution. we didn't put the puzzle together first and it was left unattended by the photo booth. So unfortunately pieces were missing and some guests wrote on the back of the puzzle piece.

For my best friend's wedding, I surprised them with a personalized guestbook from Shutterfly. Since I had thrown the shower for them, I had the contact info of everyone invited to the wedding. I emailed everyone and asked for pictures of them with the grooms and if they wanted to add a caption, etc. I got a great response and I put the pictures in the book along with some blank pages and some of the other fun things that Shutterfly has for wedding guest books. They absolutely loved it and have offered to do one for me for our wedding coming up. We are also going to do a canvas with the art that our friend made for our invitations for people to sign.

I'm making a drop top guest book out of a 16"x20" picture frame..like the photo but without the e&j piece in the middle because I don't like it. I'm hoping it doesn't get filled all the way so I can add our last name and wedding date across the top of the glass in vinyl.

Steal away lol I found the idea on Pinterest I believe. I am buying blank off brand Jenga pieces on amazon. I only need one set as my guest list is about 60 but you can buy as many sets as you need. I’m putting the pieces in a decorative wood box and as people sign them, they can stack the Jenga pieces like the game on the table. So it’s kinda fun too as they will want to stack the pieces and not knock them over. Smiley smile

We didn't want the traditional book or something to display in our home either so we went with cornhole boards! I stained then clear coated them and still have to add a clear coat now that they are signed. We were happily surprised with how many people left an actual note and not just their name.
