I don't honestly see the point. In theory, everyone at your wedding is there to support you . Every wedding party person you add represents money, usually stress, planning, and organization on the day.

What are bridesmaids for? From what I've seen here on WW, they are for aggravating you. For every post about how supportive and wonderful BMs have been, there must be at least 10 posts complaining about them. So, if you decide to ask anyone -- wait until the end of this year to do so.

Our Best Man was DH's really good friend for many years. Our MOH was our mutual friend who introduced us. No stress and not much expense.
