What am i forgetting to rent?

Hi! We are doing a backyard wedding, so we are pretty munch renting everything. Right now we are getting quotes. Included in these quotes is the tent, chairs, tables (seating/gift/dessert/guestbook/sweetheart) dancefloor, lighting. What am I missing to ask for?

Generators? Or will the power at your house be enough to run everything? Will you need industrial kitchen supplies or will your kitchen work? Bathroom trailers? Heaters?

BATHROOMS!! If this is your backyard/home, consider the bathroom accommodations that you have + the number of guests + the duration of the event. If you have 1.5 bathrooms and plan to keep 50+ guests at an event over the span of several hours, there is definitely potential for there to be either a bathroom shortage or a lot of unintended cleanup inside the home with guests looking for a bathroom, etc. Maybe you have a TON of bathrooms in your home and are having a very intimate, quick celebration and this will not be an issue, but don't overlook it for your comfort and the comfort of your guests
I know you immediately start picturing the standard green and yellow port-o-potties, but there are definitely some portable upscale bathroom options here.

Tablecloths. Maybe an Arch decorated with ur favorite flowers. Lighting. Chair's.

Ah! I should have mentioned - Bathrooms were the first thing rented- but from a company that only does them. We are getting a trailer that has good lighting & flushable!
