Westchester courthouse ceremony question

Hi all, so I live in NYC but want to get married in Westchester. I’ve looked at New Rochelle and Yonkers city clerk office and they only distribute marriage licenses but don’t perform the actual ceremony. Does anyone know of places in Westchester where we can have a courthouse wedding? Thank you!

Have you reached out to any mayors' offices?
(I ask this because my dad and stepmom got married by the mayor of a neighboring town when I was in college.)
Often you get can a JP or a mayor to do a ceremony.
