Welcome table!

Guest book! If you have a card box that’s a good place for it too

I've never actually heard of a welcome table before. I looked it up and it looks like some people include their guest book, programs, favors, and/or card box.

It's where the guestbook and cardbox and gifts are placed. Most of them don't have any signage, and there may or may not be a guestbook attendant. You could also have programs for guests to pick up if they aren't placed on the seats.

I am going to have out welcome sign, masks and our card box. I will have a separate table to my sign for guest to sign (alternative to a guest book).

Our plan is to do our guestbook, cardbox and escort cards. I’ll probably have a couple framed photos of us as well from our engagement shoot.

DH and I managed to remember a guest book, but didn't even think about a welcome table.

Thankfully, our venue did... and so did a friend who couldn't make it, but made a beautiful sign for us. Venue took the sign, the guestbook, and our seating chart, set it all up on a table, with a basket for the cards, and ... honestly? I never saw it?

But people signed our book, we got the cards, and everyone found their seat!

If you have a coordinator at the venue, I wouldn't worry about it.

Hand sanitizer, masks accompanied the typical programs for us.
