Welcome signs/ seating chart

We did escort cards, so I can't really lend any help in the seating chart department. But our welcome sign was small - an 8x8 canvas (hand painted) and it was paired with a large floral arrangement on our welcome table. I guess it depends on how you're thinking of displaying it. Like I wouldn't put an 8x8 sign on an easel with nothing else around it, know what I mean?

We are doing assigned seats just assigned tables so we are using an 9 pane panel window to write their names on and our welcome sign I think is an 11 x 14.

Hey Michelle! Congratulations on ordering your template! What is it like? Etsy is so great for things like this! Have you bought anything else for your wedding from Etsy?

Since you know the size and style of your venue, it may be a little difficult for someone to recommend a specific size for your welcome and seating chart. What will you be using to display your charts? Have you got an easel? If you get a measuring tape to visualize the size options you should be able to make a fairly accurate estimate for what size will look best. If you are in doubt, I would go for slightly too big rather than too small as you don’t want your guests having to squint to find their names on the seating chart!
