Hey girl it looks great you and Brittany look so nice in your pictures we still dont have any formal pictures too much just random. So with the black background use a white pen or white color pencil so you can see the names. Yiu done a great job 👍🏽.But I do still want the first picture you have as they come inside it will be on there left so they can sign and take there seats.

We’ll have it out when they come in for the ceremony on the easel and while everyone is enjoying the ceremony the coordinator will put it on the table for them to sign before the reception, get their escort cards and head to the table.


I just thought this would be easier than having a welcome sign & getting a alternative guestbook.

& Grl yes, they just got back from California yesterday. This Sunday they’re hosting a Juneteenth celebration and next week my mom is being ordained. At this point I just want to say forget the engagement photos, but I really do want to take some. So we will see what happens. I’ll see if she’s free next Saturday. I just wanted to give her some time to settle in from their trip.

Imani - I love the idea and the display is amazing! I love how the red pops against the black background - I think it’s great when you can have dual purpose for something and this works perfectly! I am trying to do the escort cards now too. I used the Avery template but I am not very tech savvy or fine artsy, haha… how did they come out? I was afraid the paper was too flimsy. Did you think that at all or am I overthinking everything? Haha
