Has anyone looked for or seen a welcome sign that includes an arrow to guide people to the ceremony area? I have seen the yard signs that are just the arrow, but I’m looking more for a sign that would sit on an easel.

Check Minted out!! They have tons of designs and they have a directional arrow on them!
You can also create your own design for free on Canva.com. It lets you download your design and you can upload it to vistaprint to print it out on a sign that can sit on an easel! That's what we did for our unplugged ceremony sign.
