Have you asked your venue if they already have an easel? That’s where I got mine.

Michaels, Etsy, Hobby Lobby, Amazon, etc. would probably be your most cost-effective and best bet!

You're welcome! And I honestly have no clue regarding the sizing. You really might even be able to try Walmart - at least to get an idea about the size you would need. Good luck!

We rented ours. It was cheaper than purchasing, plus... when will you ever need an easel like that again?

I'm renting easels from the event rental company that is providing our arch and some other miscellaneous stuff. They only charge $8 to rent pretty iron easels. No idea about the size but I think easel sizes are pretty standard.

Our DOC had one on hand that she simply let us use free of charge. She also had a bunch of other stuff such as those clear umbrellas in case of rain, baskets for programs, table numbers, etc. I'm not sure if this is a common practice for DOCs to provide these types of items for brides to use, but it's worth asking before you purchase if you have a DOC

Check hobby lobby or amazon—we have a table assignment chart we needed an easel for. Ours is 60” tall and the little “hooks” to hold the chart on are adjustable height
