Welcome Party Invite Question

Hi there! We are having a somewhat of a destination wedding in Vermont, with all our guests being from MA/NY. We're opting to have a Welcome to VT party at a local brewery instead of a traditional rehearsal dinner. Since we'll be inviting everyone whose coming to the wedding to this welcome party, do we send a separate invitation? An enclosure in the wedding invitation? Or hope that people find it on the wedding website?

    Hi from Vermont. What brewery?

    I'd put it on the website and make mention of it in the invite somehow, probably just on an insert of some kind. "All guests are invited to join us on XYZ date and time at XYZ Brewery for a welcome dinner."

    I'm finding that not many people actually reference wedding websites. Its the first thing I do, but not everyone shares the same thrill as me. I think it would be find to send out separate invites once you know they are coming.

    Similar situation. We had a DW so we invited all our guests to our RD. We did a separate invite but put it in with the wedding invite. Worked well for us.

    We used a separate invite for our RD but it was super simple (literally just an email to attendees with the relevant details).
