Welcome bags

I guess you can do either way. I've seen both. We are doing ours by couple, every couple who books a room will get a bag.

It’s your call but we did our per couple. In the event that I had two single people sharing a room I gave them each a bag.

We're doing bags per couple, but I don't think we have any single people getting rooms at the hotel where we reserved a block. I think either would be fine as long as you have an accurate count and the hotel knows what to do.

I've seen it mostly done this way. You never know who's bunking with whom.

Plus it's easier for the hotel staff to just hand over a bag then to find a particular bag for each room.

We did them per room. Each bag had two water bottles, two different kinds of snacks, a bag of a few hersey kisses, a welcome pamphlet, and a door sign. This didn't differ per number of people in the room.

True. My hotel called me - I am nearing the top of my book & the hotel is totally booked up that weekend with wedding (apparently there are like 5x wedding parties staying at the same hotel)... so now I’m overthinking everything.

I would just do one per room. You should be fine
