Has anyone used Weight Watchers before, specifically the app? If you had success with WW, do you have any tips, tricks, or advice for how to get the best out of it?

Thanks in advance 💞

Anytime! I also struggle from two auto immune diseases. So, I can totally understand the struggle! I’d highly recommend downloading this app called FitOn, it’s completely free and they have at home videos for all kinds of exercises. There are videos as short as 10 minutes, or as long as 60. For example, I’d suggest for you to do light yoga, and adjust movement as needed. For awhile I couldn’t do a downward facing dog at all due to a cyst in my wrist. So anytime I did yoga I’d skip those poses, and instead did something I knew I could handle! Feel free to message me directly. I can give you my contact info. I’m no longer a trainer, but I still love to help people just for fun! ❤️
