I know i've shared pictures of my weight loss journey before, but I am too excited not to share my overall transformation. I am Australian so using Kgs as units.

But overall between April-September this year I have lost: 13.2kg, 12.4% body fat, & 6 levels of visceral fat (the unhealthy fat around your organs).I am so much happier and confident within myself. And the change to my mental health is great. I feel more focussed, & energised.

Thank you Jessica! I joined F45 which is a mix of HIIT and resistance style group training. I completed two 8 week F45 challenges. They have a structured meal plan- which I didn’t follow as strict the second time round due to already losing the majority of my weight from the first. Essentially it is about portion control, reducing unhealthy carb intake and refined sugars. And I go to the classes 5 days a week.
