Weight loss

Best weight loss tips to lose unwanted belly fat for the wedding.? I’m 5 3 and about 130. I want to lose some belly fat but I was recently in a car accident and am suffering from a severe knee injury so strenuous workouts aren’t an option. Any tips to shape up the tummy ?

Burn more calories than you consume. There’s no way to target fat loss to one specific body part.

I would just focus on diet. You can lose weight without exercise. Track macros or calories with an app.

I work 45-50 hours a week. So I’m looking for things like easy meal replacement beverages and things of that nature that are budget friendly. My fiancé is also very against any form of diet pills so I’d like to stay away from those

There's no magic diet pill anyways. I'm not sure what you mean by meal replacement...like a protein shake? You can still gain weight from "meal replacement shakes". Like Shelly and Caytlyn said, you need to burn more than you consume and tracking macros will be your best bet. Good luck!

I am 5'2" and was 130 before our wedding. I wanted to be 115. Over 6 months, I went to HIIT classes twice a week at a local gym, did Tone It Up workouts at home with the app, and walked at least 3 miles a week. I cut out coffee creamer, desserts, soda & eating out (basically at all). It took about 3 months to lose the weight and I've kept it off since then (7+ months later).

I would look at an online TDEE calculator to see what you usually burn in a day and then track what you typically eat. Then try to make it so you’re in a deficit of a couple hundred calories. Only you can decide what will be easiest for you to switch out or cut back on. Some people can easily cut out entire foods or food groups and other people feel too deprived and end up binging so it might take some trial and error.

I joined Weight Watchers in November and have lost 30 pounds. There are many people in the program who have lost weight just by changing eating patterns. I pay $20 a month for online only - it provides an app which helps you track points, and is an amazing resource for food and recipe ideas, as well as support. I highly recommend the program.

I'm sorry to hear about your knee pain from accident. You can still do crunches and ab machines at gym. I am currently doing 2 protein shakes for breakfast and lunch and I eat healthy dinner and healthy snack during day. I'm down 37 pounds. oh and i just recently started swimming which is great for the body and less stress on your knee. Hope that helps. I also track with an app and saw a nutritionist.

Imo, The Best Healthy Way To Lose Weight Is To Create A Calorie Deficit. I've Been Eating Around 1300 A Day Since October 17th. When I First Started, I Was At 1800 Calories And Slowly Lowered It As I Got Used To It. Meal Replacements, Keto, Etc. Aren't Sustainable If You Would Like To Lose The Weight And Keep It Off Long Term. I've Lost 35 Pounds With 15 Left To Go To Hit My Goal Weight. I'm Not Starving At All Either. Just My Experience, Hope It Helps.
