Weight loss milestone

I'm at -19 pounds since I started. That may not seem like a ton, but I'm only 5'1" so that's a couple sizes. And, apparently it's enough for my engagement ring to fall off my finger after my shower and scare the crap out of me! (It was on the floor but I didn't feel it fall. Thank goodness I was home)

Yay!

    Congratulations!!! 19 lbs doesn't seem insignificant at all! That's amazing progress at any height. And it's so wonderful that you've dropped a couple sizes too, because that's when YOU really begin to notice it, when your clothes (and rings!) start falling off!

    Nutrisystem, actually, but the moment you don't stick to it exactly, you plateau. So I added in exercise.

    You go girl!!!! I'm 5'5" and lost my freshman 20 a few years ago which changed the way I looked drastically!!! I'll bet you look and feel like a different person! Good for youSmiley smile

    That's not too bad. Mine will always have to be special-ordered in the smallest size and then resized. I'm a 3 and I still have to hold it on with a silicone ring at work.
