Weight Loss Journey

So, I’ve been working hard the last few months to shed a few pounds before the big day! The concept of going to the gym and sticking to any healthy lifestyle change has been a huge mental struggle for me over the last few years.. so, I finally set a goal to lose 10 pounds back in May just to feel more confident.. I cleaned up my eating (it’s by far from perfect but significantly better), started intermittent fasting, and finally got myself to go back to the gym in August. As of this week, I am officially down 17 pounds!!! I am beyond proud of myself but feel like I don’t really have anyone to “brag” to as my friends/bridesmaids are all post baby and trying to lose weight and my mom and FH’s mom/ sisters struggle in this area as well.. I would feel really conceded announcing my progress when I know they are fighting their own battles... so.. I thoughts I’d brag a bit here and see who else’s weight loss Journey is going well!?
