Weight loss in 3 weeks

Hey guys so in 3 weeks to the day I am going wedding dress shopping. I wanted to lose at least 10 pounds by then which I believe is totally possible. Any suggestions??

    I'm on this now and have lost 5lbs in 5 days. It's hard but it's worth it

    It's doable but not sustainable. so, if you wanna look good for just your wedding, then by all means, cut out whole food groups like sugar, carbs, dairy - do keto or paleo. look up whole30.

    if you want to not gain every single "pound" back (mind you, this isn't fat you'd be losing, it would be muscle and water) after your wedding, then i suggest going onto www.iifym.com and doing the macro calculator. start tracking via myfitnesspal, eat plenty of protein and carbs, dont eat too much fat, lift heavy weights at least 6 days a week, and do HIIT workouts like 3 days a week. Be sure that you are eating enough that you are creating a calorie deficit but not going into starvation mode. i have personal experience with this in that i was eating too little and nothing was happening. i upped my calories, and boom...lowest i have seen on the scale in AGES. you can direct message me (is that a thing on here?) if you'd like.

    As someone with fitness profession and nutrition couch background, listen to the people who are saying 10 lbs in three weeks is not realistic nor safe. Most people who lose a large amount of weight that quickly are losing large amounts of water. If it comes from fat, it will bounce right back on (or more) when you ease up, which could put you further behind for the big day itself.

    I definitely encourage getting exercise and health eating, but it takes time. Think of it like a marathon than a sprint. Also, think of it this way, you still have alteration time between getting the dress and your wedding day, so don't stress out about having the shopping be the deadline. :-)
