weight issue

18 Days until the Big Day and I feel fat and it's hard to fast and suggestions. My goal was 155 I started out at 181 now I'm 168/170 idk it changes but I'm annoyed and have 18 days fasting is HAAARRDDD when you work I need a really good detox

    How long did it take you to drop that much weight?? A lot of people think that you’ll lose weight by not eating or eating less.. I’m not sure how knowledgeable you are and of course I don’t meant no insult, but eating healthier, more veggies and fruits, not drinking your calories, Tracking your calories and burning more calories than you consume will help you lose weight. Of course working out will help you..

    Don't get discouraged, you've made a lot of progress!! If fasting isn't working for you maybe try something else. I was having the hardest time loosing weight until I found the right thing for me.

    For me it turned out to be a very simple low carb (not keto, just low carb) meal plan. Eating Well magazine has free meal plans on their website so I just grabbed one of those and stuck to it like glue. Made my planning easier and I lost 5 plounds in the first week without even feeling like I was trying!

    I have tried keto for the past month at my neurologist recommendation as it helps seizures and as a benefit I have lost about 20 lbs unintentionally. If I were you I would maintain at this point because losing that much so quickly may have your dress not fitting properly

    It took since 12/2018 but of course I sit to work and I never have time to work out that much but I dropped a lot of weight in a 2 weeks I lost 5lbs I probably would of lost a lot if I worked out a lot

    I seem to have lost a lot of weight doing low carb as well. My only fear is loosing weight again and the dress not fitting

    I absolutely agree with you, I might as well just maintain or even tone it up a bit because loosing it I will have to take the dress in a bit more thank you

    You don’t need to work out a lot to lose weight. Working out a lot will actually increase your weight because it turns fat into muscles (and muscles weigh more than fat). You need to walk a lot, take stairs instead of elevator, go for a jog, swim or so any cardio that you enjoy.

    Eating healthy, balanced meals is the most important when trying to lose weight: no added sugar (just fruit), no fried food, no white flour (only whole grain flours, like whole wheat), lean meat only (chicken, turkey, or filet mignon only & lots of fish especially salmon) & tons of vegetables! As pp mentioned don’t drink your calories, especially not in form of soda, crazy Starbucks beverages etc. And absolutely no fast food!

    Good luck & Im sure you’re I’ll look beautiful on your big day! You made a good progress so far already.

    In two months I went from 180 to 145. Stick to the fast and cut out all carbs and sugar.

    LOW carb - LOTS of water!!!!! Good luck - with a big smile on your face, you will be a beautiful bride no matter what!!!

    GM diet is 7 days
    green smoothie is 10 I have done both with good results
    lots of water and no carbs is really the key

    Get a 20 ounce bottle. 1/3 lemon juice, 1/3 olive oil (yes yuck), 1/3 water, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper and 1 tbsp of honey. shake and drink it daily. You can also do shots of apple cider vinegar to slim down and detox.

    I just started keto last week and have already noticed a difference in how my clothes fit after only a few days. It is tough at first, especially if you're a carbaholic like me, but it gets the job done.

    I wouldn't recommend fasting.
    Your body will start burning fewer calories. Or you're gonna get hangry and binge like a wild bear in a dumpster.
    Consider eating healthy.
    Or even a liquid diet.

    Hi, I think a lot of us have a hard time with our weight and imagine. I’ve always been fairly skinny 125 and people would still ask me if I was going to loose weight although I was at a healthy weight. My goal wasn’t to loose weight my goal was to be happy in my skin a few things I do to help me stay happy is I go to do yoga, I dance around the house while I’m cleaning or just for fun, I walk my dogs and sometimes go on hikes. I have been having stomach issues for about a month so I have been on a stricter diet but I’m not stopping myself from eating the food I want I just eat it in moderation. I have lost weight but I’m not happy or sad about it I’m happier in my skin because I have been treating it well. Another main goal was to loose my stomach pouch (no matter how skinny I am I still have one) I have lost some of it but it’s still there. My best advice is treat your body well and in return it will make you happy! Smiley smile

    I say do strict keto. Bring your snacks, etc. while I know each person’s keto attempt is different I didn’t work out one bit and saw a significant drop! I’m also at the 18 day mark and I’ve started introducing some cheats in and a little tiny bit of exercise now to keep me together until the wedding.

    I lost 20lbs in 2 months...keto and did NOT cheat! 20 to go! For the 2nd 20lbs, I’m incorporating some gym time to prevent the flabby skin.

    It’s not just a set menu! Go on Pinterest and check out keto recipes. It’s a higher fat, moderate protein and low carb diet. Avoid anything with sugar or carbs. Opt for high fiber and fats. No fruit (all sugar).
