Weight Gain

Just venting and wondering if anyone has experienced this. I eat when I’m sad and when I’m happy! Oh shoot who am I kidding I just like to eat. Well now, after my first alteration fitting tonight, I found out that I can’t fit my dress anymore. I’ve done nothing but cry since I’ve been home. I can’t believe I’ve gained so much. I knew I’d gained and I lost a little but not enough. I feel myself already getting depressed.


Has anyone experienced this or has any suggestions for weight loss?Gentle and supportive words appreciated.

    WW(formerly weight watchers) works for me. Although my stress level isn’t helping significantly right now that’s for sure.

    That’s why i got a corset on my dress so if i gain or lose i don’t have to stress. don’t worry girl! you’re beautiful no matter what and your fiancé will love you regardless❤️

    Olivia this is completely normal. wedding is one of the most important days of our lives lol

    making 700 decisions about every single thing is the most challenging part of the wedding which brings with it lots of stresses which makes us to use food as a stress relief Smiley smile

    I love eating too, probably more than you but i'm only 55kg. I am an online fitness coach helping women lose weight but trust me if I don't watch what I eat and don't train I will explode hahah

    I use fasting to trick myself and I avoid carbs even sweet fruits. that how I crave almost NOTHING. I am less hungry, less bloated, less craving, more energetic, feeling lighter, happier (mentally i am at a better state) and healthier.

    you can do 16-8h fasting and drink lots of water. I'm sure you will see a lot of changes in no time. I have tested this 100 time Smiley winking

    I'm doing a strict Keto and have dropped 8 pounds in my first week. No carbs or sugar but I feel fine and love the result. I am using a Amazon book The Complete Ketogenic Diet for Beginners: Your Essential Guide to Living the Keto Lifestyle. I also joined a facebook recipe group and have purchased a second recipe book that is strictly meal ideas.

    The Healthiest Way To Lose Way Is To Cut Calories. I Started In October With NOOM, Stopped Using Noom After 2 Months And Did It On My Own. I've Lost 40 Pounds. It's Easy, It's Healthy, And Sustainable As Long As You Don't Go Back To Your Normal Eating Habits Or You Will Gain The Weight Back. I Started At 1800 Calories A Day And Slowly Lowered To 1300. & Lots Of Water, Don't Drink Empty Calories. Good Luck Smiley heart

    You can do it. i started working out when I was stressed now its a healthy habit. like if I don't get to the gym 4x a week I'm ultra moody. down 46 pounds. Not exactly same issue mines is worse they told me I might need new dress Uggggh how can losing weight be a problem .
