Wednesday wedding.

I officiate a lot of destination weddings during the week. The families are here for the whole week so the ceremony doesn't have to be on the weekend.

Awesome. I have always wanted a beach wedding but we decided against a DW because no one would have been able to come.

Mine is on a Wednesday too! Haven't had any complaints because we're doing a destination wedding, but have had other people (who we didn't invite) do the usual, 'oh it's a Wednesday'. Let it slide off you like water off a ducks back.

I guess I'm screwed because my wedding is on a Saturday! lol. Glad i'm not superstition either! People are always going to have something to say no matter what, if they are not paying for the wedding here's my advice: screw them! lol. it's your day, not theres.

We went to a Friday wedding last year, and it was out of town, so we had to take the day off work to attend. We never considered not going.

Thanks to be honest I think I know who will be there and who won't but I am fine with it... most people put in for that day off months ago...
