Hey guys! I got a reward from wedding wire because I booked my reception through them- woo!

So, I got an email to claim that which I did. Then what's next? This was like a month ago. I feel like I got a seperate email of what to do, but I can't seem to find the email (you know how our inboxes clutter) but even when I search "WeddingWire" Through my mail. Can someone please help!?

Hi Kristyn! We sent you the rewards on 1/17/18. Search your email using the terms OG Gretchen posted, and you can also try searching for "support@weddingwire.com" or for "Congratulations" or "WeddingWire Rewards".

Hi, do these rewards expire? I was hoping to save it for after the wedding, but when I just went to click on the link, it says expired?
also, I hired multiple other vendors and haven't got a reward for those either

Hi Kristyn! Any expiration details should be included in the gift card we sent you via email on 1/17/18. Try searching your email for "Your Prepaid Visa From WeddingWire is Here", "noreply@tangocard.com", and the other terms I listed earlier!
The WeddingWire Rewards program ended on 3/22/18, only bookings that were confirmed and claimed prior to 3/22/18 were eligible. So any vendors you have booked since then are not eligible. You can check the dates and times of all of these events in your account under My Rewards .
